the reason for that was because I was traveling for Fathers Day to go see my father and I ran into this problem and Take5 in ********************** stated it definitely wasnt like that when you came in for your first oil change because we would have denied your service then also so after 10 days of trying to contact them and driving over 100 miles one way to see my father and then back definitely put more mileage on the car. Also, I attempted to contact the corporate office through emails and phone calls starting on 6/17/23. My car takes full synthetic oil so its not required to be changed every **** miles and thats why it had been almost **** miles since my oil change however, I did attempt to get my oil change done on the date that they put on the sticker in my window. The warranty that they are talking about should be **** and void it due to the fact that they put something in there that did not belong there and did not make me aware. My car was not leaking oil or anything to where I would go underneath it to check. So any normal person is not going to climb underneath their car to check a drain plug if there is no problems. This store location in ************ must have either stripped my oil pan drain plug or broke it or something and they jammed that nut and bolt in there and didnt tell me anything about it. *************************** is refusing to give me any contact information for whoever is above him I tried taking the proper steps up the ladder and Mr. This company has numerous bad reviews for things of this nature and worse. I cant even go anywhere to get a oil change because nobody will touch my vehicle due to what this Take5 location used as a drain plug. This has nothing to do with their warranty because they jammed something in my oil pan that was not there before and they are refusing to fix my vehicle and also contact me back. At first he told me to get a estimate, then he told me he would split the cost with me, and then changed it and told me he couldnt do anything for me because he couldnt pull the video surveillance from that far back. I was then contacted by ***************************** who is the district manager for that store. I left numerous voice messages and also emails with nothing in return. For over 10days I tried to contact take5 through their website using their customer service number and email. Then I went to ******* to try to get a oil change and they denied my service for the same reason. The Take5 location in ******************** told me they know for 100% fact it was not like that when I came in the first time because they would have denied my service then. They denied my service due to the other Take5 location in ************ ruining my oil pan drain plug and replacing it with a nut and bolt. I proceeded to go back to the Take5 location in Newport Richy ******* where I had my oil changed the first time.
